Each recipe uses the Free From symbols to distinguish what it is free from.

The introduction includes 8 educational sections providing simple, expert knowledge such as the differences between allergies and intolerances, understanding food hypersensitivity, and suggestions of substitutes for the four main food types covered in this book.
