First Impression Workshops: Fast Track Yourself to Success
This workshop is suitable for students seeking their
first job or for people wishing to return to work after
a break.

Course Content Overview:

Appearance:
Unlocking the dress code, colour and
your authority, how to dress when moving in
corporate circles, building a professional wardrobe.

Behaviour: How to control your impact on others,
including the psychology of first impressions and
what your body is saying about you. Dealing with
nerves, using humour effectively, the handshake.

Communication: What to say when meeting and
greeting, what your handshake is communicating,
voice coaching (exercises) Putting it all together –
mock interviews (role play sessions)

Time: 9:30-12:30
Cost: £ 97 per delegate
Course Size: Maximum 15 people per course
For business owners and people starting up their
own new business, and who present company
credentials, or network. It will give delegates a
greater insight into human behaviour and brain
processing in order to enhance communication with
others a deeper understanding of themselves, and
ultimately greater business success.

Course Content Overview:

Appearance:
Assessing how you are currently
coming across. The psychology of colour, colours
that give you authority, colours that make you
appear more approachable. Unlocking the dress
code, demonstrating professionalism in your dress,
what your clothes say about you.

Behaviour: Your value system and how it
determines behaviour. How we judge and assess
others. Body language – reading the clues. Rapport
building.

Communication: Questioning skills, rapport
building, enhancing listening skills, voice coaching.
The design of your presentation – an introduction.
Are you really saying what you mean to say?

Time: 9:30-16:30
Cost: £ 275 per delegate
Course Size: Maximum 10 people per course

Note: Delegates should bring their business
/presentation materials to the course.

interactive presentations and a variety of practical
