Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Gift vouchers may only be redeemed at IMAGINATION, Kent, UK only.
- Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher price
than the value of the voucher on payment of the difference.
- The gift voucher may not be exchanged for cash.
- If the entire balance of the gift voucher is not redeemed, the remaining
balance will be issued as a gift voucher for the sum remaining.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. Any remaining balance will be
cancelled on expiry of the validity period.
- Vouchers are not sold on a sale or return basis and no return will be
permitted unless it can be demonstrated that Imagination has been in
error in fulfilling the customers order.
- IMAGINATION reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of
the gift voucher at any time and to take appropriate action, including the
cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action
necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
